Partners in Talent is based in London and was founded in 2019 by Clair Michael and Helen Benson. It is currently led by Clair who works with Helen and highly trusted associates according to the projects. Between us, they have:

designed and facilitated flagship blended programmes for general managers, women leaders and emerging markets

led wide-ranging talent, career, learning and HR projects

coached leaders 1-1 and in groups to build their leadership capability and impact, to navigate change and to accelerate their career advancement.
The impact includes reduced attrition by 30%, more than double the rate of career progression and leadership capability improvements upwards of 50%.
We have extensive experience in fast-paced, global businesses across Talent, Learning and Development, Leadership Development, Women in Leadership, Career Management, Coaching (executive, leadership and career coaching), Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Clair has a Masters in Career Management and Counselling, is a qualified coach with accreditation in CCS career tools and Hogan assessments, and is a NLP Master Practitioner.
Helen has a Masters in HR, is a qualified Executive Coach with accreditation in Hogan assessments.
Both are chartered members of the CIPD.

Our associates include:

Hanno Ellensohn is a highly experienced and qualified management trainer, facilitator, and executive coach based in London. He graduated in Business Administration/ Economics from the University of Innsbruck (Austria) and San Diego State University (USA) and started his career as a professional athlete. Over the last 25 years Hanno’s main focus has centred on leadership development, high performance teams, introducing a coaching culture, and one on one work with Executives. He has worked with many of the world’s leading organisations globally.

Sarah Menke Vanasek is a certified Executive Coach and facilitator with a strong passion for developing thoughtful, strategic and authentic leaders. She is described by clients and colleagues as being able to see the broad picture and can meaningfully connect and build rapport at all levels in organizations. Having been an executive leading teams, she has a keen ability to quickly understand the environment and challenges of her clients and coach them to higher levels of strategic performance.
